The 2015-2021 WRX and STI have two holes molded into them, but those holes are designed for the spacing of Japanese license plates, and our U.S. plates don't fit them. That means to mount a U.S. license plate on the car we have to drill two MORE holes, and who wants to drill more holes in an otherwise-pristine front bumper? Our solution is a bracket made from CNC-milled 1/4"-thick billet aluminum, with provision to mount the bracket in the existing holes, plus additional holes to allow the fastening of a U.S. license plate. PLUS, for those places or times when a front plate is not called for, you can simply leave the plate off, and there's a nice WRX or STI logo trim plate underneath. Special adapter nuts keep the plate from contacting your paint. Brilliant!
Fits all 2015-2021 WRX and STI. Hardware included. Available in matte-finish aluminum or powder coated black.
